Role of SMC

The School SMC plays a significant role in building up an effective cooperation and partnership between the home and the school. Under the leadership of Mr. DineshKumar, the SMC member works excellently in collaboration with the school authorities.

Student Development

Students play the most crucial and active role in learning.  With changing times, the role of learners in education has got subverted from a facilitator to a task monitor. So it is the prime responsibility of every school to build the new generation with responsibilities and duties. As a part of Student Welfare initiative, the following programs were arranged.

  1. We have come up with mental health support to our children by organizing Awareness classes on Mensural Hygiene, Bad touch and Good touch etc. for girls. The Classes have been scheduled in the month of December.

  2. Health checkups on Eye, Dental etc. have been scheduled to help our students to stay fit and healthy.

School Excursion

A school tour gives students the chance to experience new venues. It builds in children a different level of excitement fun and learning. We have taken our students from Classes V – IX to Parambikulam Tiger reserve & Nature camp for two days. Also we have given exposure to our students to ISRO (Indian space Research Organisation), a Knowledge trip on space research. It was a Life time experience for students to watch Rocket propulsion from close range.

Many milestones have been achieved and many still have to be reached. We at SRI Vidhyalaya will continue our unceasing efforts to mould the young minds in to a well -balanced personality with confidence befitting the standards of this portal of Education.

On this memorable occasion, as we recount our success with pride and happiness, we wish to dedicate all our achievements to the committed efforts of a committed team called SRI Vidhyalaya under the School Directorship of Dr. Prabhakar..

I would also like to mention a special name behind the coordination of all the school activities Ms. Sapna Anil Kumar, the Coordinator of our Vidhyalaya, I offer my sincere gratitude and special thanks to her.

In the end, I would like to conclude with the lines “Don’t tell us the sky is the limit when there are footprints on the moon”.

Thank you………
